Refund and Return Policy

I. Return Terms and Conditions

  1. Duration of Return Period: Purchasers have a standard period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  2. Return Eligibility: For an item to be deemed eligible for return:

    • The item must be unused and remain in the condition it was received.
    • The product should retain its original packaging.
    • Presentation of a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
  1. Exceptions: Direct returns to the manufacturer are strictly discouraged.

  2. Partial Refund Circumstances:

    • Items that have deviated from their original condition, are damaged, or lack components not due to our oversight.
    • Goods returned beyond the 30-day post-delivery period.

      5. Customer / Purchaser provides and pays for the return shipping & tracking.

II. Refund Process

  1. Inspection of Return: Upon the arrival and evaluation of your returned item, an email notification confirming receipt and indicating the status of the refund will be forwarded to you.

  2. Refund Execution: Approved refunds will be processed, with the amount credited to your original payment method within a designated timeframe.

III. Delays in Refunds

  • Should your refund not reflect within the expected period:
    • Initially, re-examine your bank account.
    • Thereafter, liaise with your credit card issuer. Occasionally, there's an administrative delay before a refund is formally recorded.
    • Consult with your bank. Transaction processing times can differ.

IV. Restrictions

  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, items purchased on sale are exempt from refunds.
  • Master Cartons: Unfortunately, items purchased on sale are exempt from refunds.

V. Product Exchanges

  • Bryce Hardware facilitates the exchange of products solely if they are defective or sustain damage. For exchanges, communicate with our support team at support@brycehardware.com and dispatch the product to our specified address.

VI. Shipping Details and Charges

  1. Return Shipping Address: 6320 CLARA ST, BELL GARDENS, CA 90201.

  2. Shipping Charges: Customers are liable for the shipping charges incurred during a product return. Such costs are non-reimbursable. Should a refund be sanctioned, the return shipping fee will be subtracted from the final amount.

  3. Shipping Recommendations: For items valued above $50, it's advisable to employ a traceable shipping service or invest in shipping insurance. Bryce Hardware does not assure the receipt of returned merchandise.
