Domestic Shipping

I. Order Processing Timeline

  1. Standard Processing Time: All purchase orders undergo a processing timeframe of 2-3 business days post order confirmation.

  2. Non-operational Days: It is to be noted that the company does not execute shipping or delivery during weekends or recognized holidays.

  3. High Volume Delay Advisory: In instances of escalated order influx, the shipment dispatch might experience a marginal delay. Affected customers will be informed proactively through electronic mail or telephonic communication in case of pronounced shipment lags.

II. Tariffs & Estimated Delivery

  1. Bryce Hardware offers complimentary standard USPS shipping on US orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 are charged calculated shipping at checkout.

  2. Additional Shipping Charges: Any supplementary shipping expenses will be methodically computed and presented to the customer during the checkout phase.

  3. Geographical Limitations: Presently, Bryce Hardware does not ship internationally. 

III. Product Return Procedure

  1. Return Address: For product returns, direct your package to 6320 CLARA ST, BELL GARDENS, CA 90201.

  2. Associated Charges: Clients bear the responsibility for the shipping costs incurred during product return. Such charges remain non-reimbursable. Any accorded refund will undergo an adjustment, with the return shipping fee being subtracted from the final amount.

  3. Product Exchange Timeframe: Based on geographical and logistical parameters, the duration required for the receipt of an exchanged product might fluctuate.

IV. Shipping Recommendations

For merchandise valued in excess of $50, it is prudent for customers to employ a traceable shipping service or contemplate securing shipping insurance. Bryce Hardware does not extend guarantees regarding the successful reception of returned goods.
