Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only.

Rates

Orders of $49 or more ship free.

Below that, shipping is worked out at checkout from your delivery address. Most orders land between $6.99 and $9.49.

Processing and delivery

• Order before 1pm PST on a business day and it ships the same day.

• After 1pm PST, or at a weekend, it goes out the next business day.

• We ship Monday to Friday only, so no weekend or holiday dispatch.

• Transit: typically 3, 5 business days, ground service.

Everything in the catalogue is stocked, so nothing waits on production. You'll get tracking by email as soon as the label is created.

Where we don't ship

No international shipping. We also don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia or Palau. Those lanes are air or ocean only and we'd rather not quote a rate we can't honour.

Expedited shipping

We don't offer an express option. If you're working to a deadline, email us and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Lost, delayed or damaged in transit: email support@brycehardware.com with your order number and we'll work out the best way to resolve it.
