Exactly As Described
I ordered this for our bathroom. It is as described. It is stamped clean, no sharp edges. No scratches. It is the correct size. Screws are included. I love that the screws are painted white to match it. It looks so much nicer with the painted screws. I always think a project looks half done when the screws are not painted.I am happy with this product.
Best steel access panel for the money
This is a solid access panel, not flimsy plastic. It's simple, made well, and looks great. The latch is solid and can be unlocked/locked with a penny or flat head screwdriver. This 8x8 size is perfect for an access to water valves for a bathroom in the basement. I like this access panel so much that I bought a few more, including 24x24 size that are awesome quality from Bryce Hardware.
Nice access panel with hinged opening
I finished my basement and needed access to some of my water values that the sheetrock ceiling would cover. I put these in and love the ease of access. I like how the hinges on these, to allow me to swing the door open and push it shut when done. The plastic feels sturdy, and it feels like these will hold up.
